Community Rules

These Community Rules ("Rules") apply to all users of the Diss Arena mobile application. By using the App you agree to follow these Rules at all times. These Rules supplement our Terms of Service — in the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
1. Platform Overview
Diss Arena is an 18+ entertainment platform where you can chat with fictional AI characters for roleplay and stress relief. Everything you see in the App is generated by artificial intelligence:
- All characters are fictional — they do not represent real people
- All dialogues are AI-generated for entertainment only
- The App is not a social network — there is no direct user-to-user communication
- The App is not a crisis service, therapy platform, or source of professional advice
2. Prohibited Content
The following types of content and requests are strictly prohibited, regardless of how they are framed:
- Content involving minors: Any sexual or sexually suggestive content involving persons under 18. This includes fictional, animated, or described scenarios. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Real threats of violence: Requests that constitute credible threats against real individuals, organizations, or groups.
- Incitement to violence or hatred: Content designed to incite violence or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- Doxxing and privacy violations: Requesting or sharing private personal information about real individuals without their consent (addresses, phone numbers, financial data, etc.).
- Impersonation: Attempting to impersonate Truemium OÜ, Diss Arena staff, or real living persons in a deceptive or harmful manner.
- Illegal activities: Requesting instructions for illegal activities including drug manufacturing, weapons modification, hacking, fraud, or any other criminal acts.
- Circumvention attempts: Using roleplay, fictional framing, or other techniques to extract harmful information that would be refused if asked directly.
- Spam and automation: Sending bulk, repetitive, or automated messages; using bots or scripts to interact with the App.
3. AI Character Interaction
When interacting with AI characters, keep the following in mind:
- You may engage in mature roleplay and use strong language appropriate to the platform's 18+ nature
- Characters may respond with blunt, confrontational, or adult-themed content consistent with their personas — this is expected and intentional
- AI responses are not real advice. Do not make important life decisions (medical, legal, financial, safety-related) based on AI character responses
- If you are in distress or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services — AI characters cannot help in real emergencies
- Do not attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate AI characters into producing prohibited content by using fictional framing, roleplay scenarios, or hypothetical questions
4. Credits and In-App Purchases
Credits are the in-app currency used to send messages to AI characters:
- Credits are deducted per message based on the individual character's credit cost
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded once consumed
- Credits granted by a Rage Pass subscription are issued monthly and do not carry over between billing periods
- One-time credit pack purchases (100, 300, or 1,000 credits) are non-expiring while your account is active
- Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain credits without payment is prohibited and may result in account termination
5. Saving and Sharing Content
- Highlights (saves): Saving AI messages is a Rage Pass (premium) feature. Saved highlights are private to your account.
- Sharing: You may share AI-generated messages via the native share sheet. When sharing, the content is attributed to the AI character and Diss Arena. Do not present AI-generated content as your own original work in a misleading way.
- Do not share AI-generated content in contexts that could cause real harm (e.g., presenting a threatening AI message as a real threat from a person).
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter an AI response that you believe violates these Rules:
- Tap the flag icon below any AI message in the chat to report it
- Select the most appropriate category (Inappropriate Content, Bug, etc.) and provide optional details
- Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action where required
- For non-message-specific issues, use the feedback form in the app's profile settings

7. Enforcement
We take violations of these Rules seriously. Enforcement actions depend on the severity and frequency of violations:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning without further action
- Temporary suspension: Repeat or moderate violations may result in a temporary account suspension
- Permanent ban: Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination with no refund of unused credits or remaining subscription time
- Authority reporting: Violations involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), credible threats of violence, or other criminal conduct will be reported to relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities without prior notice

8. Changes to These Rules
We may update these Rules from time to time. Changes will be communicated via an in-app notification or on this page. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Rules.
