Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Diss Arena mobile application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Operator

References to "Diss Arena", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Truemium OÜ.

2. Age Requirement

The App is strictly intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We implement a mandatory age verification step at first launch. Users who do not confirm they are 18+ cannot access the App. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be terminated and their data deleted immediately.

3. Service Description

Diss Arena is a mobile application that allows users to chat with AI-powered fictional characters for roleplay and stress relief purposes. Key characteristics of the service:

• All characters and dialogues are entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence
• The App is an entertainment product only — it is not a substitute for professional mental health services, therapy, or counselling
• Characters may use strong or adult language consistent with their fictional personas
• Characters are collectible cards with different rarity tiers and unlock requirements
• Some characters are exclusive to Rage Pass subscribers

4. Account and Security

Upon first launch the App automatically creates an anonymous guest account using your device identifier (no registration required). You may optionally link your account to Google or Apple Sign-In for cross-device access.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party
• Logging out disassociates your device from your account; the next launch creates a fresh guest account unless you sign back in
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Credits and Rage Pass Subscription

The App uses a credit-based economy for AI interactions:

• Credits are an in-app currency, not legal tender or real money. Each message sent to an AI character deducts credits equal to that character's credit cost.
• Rage Pass is a monthly subscription that grants 500 credits per month, access to exclusive characters, a VIP badge, and premium features including saved highlights.
• Free users encounter a paywall when a chat session's heat score reaches a high threshold (≥ 0.7).
• Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire upon account deletion.
• Daily free credits may be provided at our discretion via app configuration.

6. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed through RevenueCat via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Subscriptions (Rage Pass) renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To cancel, you must do so through your App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases (100, 300, or 1,000 credits).
• Prices are set by the respective app stores and may vary by region.
• Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not issue refunds for credits that have already been consumed.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Community Rules. You must not:

• Use the App to generate, distribute, or store illegal content of any kind
• Attempt to use AI characters to obtain real harmful, dangerous, or illegal information by framing requests as fiction
• Harass, threaten, or harm any real individual
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the App or circumvent credit limits
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or commercially exploit the App or its content without our written permission

8. AI Content Disclaimer

All content generated by AI characters in the App is fictional and for entertainment purposes only:

• AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, psychological, financial, etc.)
• AI characters do not represent real persons, living or deceased
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You take full responsibility for how you interpret and act on content generated by the App
• The App may apply content moderation to prevent policy violations; moderation is imperfect and we cannot guarantee all outputs are appropriate

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to the application code, character designs, artwork, user interface, brand, trademarks, and system prompts — is owned by or licensed to Truemium OÜ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent. AI-generated responses within the App are produced on our infrastructure and remain subject to these Terms.

10. Content Moderation

We review flagged messages reported by users via the in-app flag button. We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Rules
• Issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban accounts for violations
• Immediately terminate accounts and report to relevant authorities for severe violations (e.g., content involving minors, real threats of violence)

Moderation decisions are final. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us at support@dissarena.com.

11. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via in-app notifications where feasible. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• AI responses are entertainment content only; we accept no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
